Meetings & Calls

Reserved for urgent updates, quick daily check-ins, and immediate on-site coordination.

Use the designated WhatsApp groups for each specific occasion. In the General group, we post daily site visit routes, daily schedules, weekly and monthly meetings, and any company sessions with clients.

All other groups are strictly for informative updates or extreme emergencies.

The Logika App is your go-to tool for tracking procurement processes, project timelines, and delivery dates.

You can consult our built-in AI for specific project information, browse fixed and loose accessories, and manage your workload through the To-Do List, where monthly tasks are regularly updated.

Use this app as your central tracking hub, alongside Google Drive and our PDF resources.

Meetings and calls should be reserved for either scheduled sessions—prepared well in advance—or major, urgent issues. Thoroughly prepare for team meetings and focus on proactive planning to minimize the need for weekly emergency calls. Additionally, we hold a monthly in-person meeting with the entire team. Coinciding with the visit of our architects, we take this opportunity to conduct a general assembly and perform comprehensive site walkthroughs together. This ensures that the design vision and the site reality are perfectly aligned.
